Call Forward

Call Forward allows you to send your calls to another extension. You cannot forward calls while the phone is ringing.

  • To forward your calls:
  • press forward; the light flashes
  • dial the extension that you want to forward your calls to
  • press forward again; the light remains on

To cancel forwarding:

  • press forward; the light turns off

To reinstate call forward with the same number:

  • press forward twice; the light turns on again

Call Pickup

Using Call Pickup, you can answer a ringing phone from any telephone in your Pickup Group or another Pickup Group.

To answer a ringing call in your own Call Pickup Group:

  • lift the handset
  • press call pickup or dial 1+3

Conferences Calls

You can setup a conference for up to 3 to 6 parties, including yourself.

To setup a conference:

  • while on a call, press conference; the other party is on hold and you hear the dial tone
  • dial the number of the third party to add; when the call is anwered, you may talk privately with the third party
  • press conference again to include all three parties
  • if necessary, repeat procedure to include up to 6 parties in conference

Auto Dial

Auto dial lets you program a specific phone number by pressing a feature key.

To store an Auto Dial number:

  • without lifting the handset, press AutoDial- the associated light flashes
  • dial the number
  • press AutoDial again

To use Auto Dial:

  • press a free line or lift handset
  • press AutoDial - the stored number is dialed automatically

To display the Auto Dial number:

  • press Display
  • press Auto Dial
  • press Display again if you want to clear the display

Placing a call on hold

To place a call on hold:

  • press Hold; the light flashes

To return to a call held:

  • press the line key with the flashing light

Transferring calls

  • press Transfer; the other party is on hold and you will hear dial tone
  • dial the extension you want to transfer the call to
  • press Transfer again, either when you hear ringing, or after you talk privately to the person you are transferring the call to

Using Handsfree

To use Handsfree on a call:

  • press Handsfree/Mute or a line key instead of picking up your headset

To mute a Handsfree call:

  • press Handsfree/Mute; the light flashes
  • press it again and return to the two way conversation

To switch from the handset to the Handsfree:

  • press Handsfree/Mute
  • hangup the handset
